If you have a problem with a state service, you will be able to find them on Facebook and medium other social networks in the future . This was ordered by the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlović, from her department.

In the future, you will be able to share your impressions about the quality of the roads through likes and retweets. As the minister pointed out, in this way , citizens will be able to communicate more easily with companies from her department , which are, among others, Roads of Serbia, Corridors of Serbia and the Construction Directorate of Serbia:
” The order sent today to all companies in the field of infrastructure covered by the Ministry of Construction is to urgently open Twitter , Facebook and Instagram accounts in order to be open to citizens. ”
The minister expects state enterprises to open accounts on social networks in the next few days. This order comes after a tweet was published of the bridge near Kovil , which is said to be secured with chicken coop wire. Mihajlović said that the bridge was without a real fence for three months, and that now, thanks to that announcement on Twitter, the problem will be solved.
Social networks at the service of citizens
It is expected that the new, more modern form of online communication will help state enterprises to communicate with citizens faster and easier.
- “ That is the right way. Directors can get as angry as they want, but I think that is the way to be faster. ”
It remains to be seen what these accounts will look like on the networks, and the question arises as to who will manage and update these social networks of these companies , as well as who will answer citizens’ questions . What do you think, will this type of communication bring state institutions closer to you?
