• After this, the court had ordered that the case will be heard continuously from May 23, 2022 so that the hearing can be completed before the summer vacation of Delhi High Court.

• On June 4, 2022, the summer break of Delhi High Court had come, due to which the hearing was adjourned till July 4, 2022.

• Then on October 18, 2022, Delhi High Court rejected the bail plea of ​​Umar Khalid. The court had found that he was in constant touch with other accused and whatever allegations were initially made against him were found to be true.
